Weight loss Artist

Well its been 5 an a half weeks of working out by doing 30 minutes of aerobics 4 times a day an eating less then i normally consume an i have to tell yeah its working, I recently got an old...really old exercise bike from my aunt its like the bike of the early 90's and its weather torn an rusty an dirty i washed it lol.

Anyway, its an air resistant bike which means you pedal an a fan spins in the wheel area and also the handles move along with ya so u can work out ur arms too, well today as of 11-18-2009 i did a total workout of an hour an a half that included the 30min aerobics along with a hour on the bike i didnt do that non stop, I did 10min intervals on it like for example 10 mins on...10 to 15 mins off....then 10 mins back on till it totaled an hour on it, an boy lol my ass HURTS!!!

so..., after all that before i took a shower i weighed myself just for the hell of it and mind u, u have to do this "NAKED" to get a better body weight count(accurate count) and i didn't believe it....i lost 3 more pounds! i went from 318lbs to 311lbs to a total body weight of 308lbs thats a total of 10lbs in 5 an a half weeks so yeah im pretty damn stoked lol.

so yeah i then rewarded myself to a great fucking shower HA man i never felt better but still....my ass hurts...why do they make stationary bike seats like that?

WHAT HAPPENED SO FAR

okay first off srry people had trouble with the internet for about a 5 days well since the 18th just got it today i have wireless internet so i have a router/modem hooked up to my brothers comp and it died a week ago so i had to get another one it lasted me about a year an a half so lets hope this one lasts a little longer.

on other news on my weight loss success many of u probably dont care an some friends do (u know who u are) i just started my third week of exercising yesterday so i got to work out today an then two more to end my 3rd week an start my 4th after two days off, anyway to the beginning...i was supposed to weigh myself before i started my first week but i forgot then i decided to weigh my self i currently weigh an im not scared to say it but i weighed 318lbs YIKES! i know SHUT UP STOP LAUGHING! anyway...i said ok an proceeded to do my second week two days later, soooo after my second week i decided to weigh myself again since i heard it was appropriate to weigh ur self at the end of the week so anyway i get on the scale and u know what it said? ERROR!? what the fu..j/k it said i weighed 315! I LOST 3 POUNDS IN A WEEK! yeah..so im going to keep up with my routine of doing 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week and im also getting a exercise bike this weekend so im going to start riding that everyday of the week for an hour or do it after i eat a meal im dead serious now to lose my weight i have been carrying for 21 years I'll be damned if i have to carry it for another 21 i need to get healthy i feel so much better an more confident my 22nd b-day is 7 months away so im trying to lose so much weight till then or if i reach my ultimate goal weight of 166lbs which is a great weight for my height which is 5'8 anyway thats just an update of what i have been doing i also take vitamin B complex which u take one a day after a meal it turns ur food into energy which means "metabloism" which means burning calories as well and u get all the B vitamins u need including vitamin C i learned that from a great friend :iconetrinque22: thanx man =]

Exercise first day officially

okay i did little excersise i'll give a list of stuff an how many reps i did

Squat- i did about 3-6 reps
wall push ups- 10 reps
lunges- 4 times on both legs
leg cross overs- 4 times on bothe legs
thigh squeez- 5 reps with pillow
calf raise- 5-10 reps
chest firming-6 reps


bicep curles-10 reps on both arms
tricep curles- 10 reps on both arms

and many other weight lift with the dumb bell

step jax-10 reps
stomach tuck in-15 times
stomach crunch/sit ups-7 times
waist-twist- 4 times
backward bend (for back)-5 times

and a 30 minute cardio (Aerobic) work out i guess its either medium impact of high impact its definitely not low impact the name of the work out is called "Fat Blaster"

after that had a bottle water an an apple.

tell me what u think. it took me about from 4:15pm to 5:44pm to do it all

and im starting again tomorrow.

finally going to start my exercising back up but going to add more stuff to the mix maybe be off the computer for a month to just put my mind on working out and try not to eat shitty food an drink just water

tips for working out are appreciated.

i figure a 30 minute cardio work out 4 times a week with like Mon ,Tues, (Weds an Thurs off) then work out Fri an Sat

with stretching of course an doing some weight lifting but all i have is 10lb weights for the arms so an may need help on more exercise techniques

let me know ppl this could change my life an make me feel like a new person. with a hint of me. lol

HERES THE THING I DONT KNOW IF ANYONE IS LISTENING BUT I GOT A PACKET IN THE MAIL TODAY FROM ART INSTRUCTION SCHOOL WHICH IS A FAMOUS ART SCHOOL THAT HAD A MULTITUDE OF FAMOUS PPL COME FROM THERE LIKE AN ASTRONAUT AND CHARLES SCHULTZ THE GUY THAT MADE PEANUTS ECT

SO ANYWAY IN THE PACKET WAS MY FIRST SCHOLARSHIP!!! NEVER HAD ONE BEFORE I WAS SO EXCITED YET SO UPSET...THE LADY REBERTA SAID IT COSTS $130.00 A MONTH FOR TWO YEARS THATS $3,120.00 AND I GET 24 COLLEGE CREDITS WHICH IS A WHOLE YEAR OF REG. COLLEGE AN A PORTFOLIO FOR A JOB AND OF COURSE A AWESOME DIPLOMA.

IN THE PACKET I RECEIVED MY DRAWING THAT I TURNED IN WHICH BTW I GOT A 91 OUT OF 100 POINTS ON! AND A SCHOLAR SHIP CERTIFICATE OF $348.50! AND A LETTER SAYING THAT I HAVE AN ABOVE AVERAGE ART ABILITY WHICH MADE MY DAY BUT I THINK THEY SAY THAT TO ALMOST EVERYONE THAT TRY TO APPLY AND THE SCHOLARSHIP EXPIRES ON DEC, 15TH, 2009

ANYWAY THE REASON WHY IM UNHAPPY IS THAT IN ORDER TO GO TO ART SCHOOL IS THAT I NEED MONEY SO IF U SUBTRACT 348.50 AN 3,120.00 U GET ( $2771.5) FOR THE 2 YEARS OF SCHOOL OR SOMETHING TO THAT AMOUNT SO NOW IM AT AN IMPASSE, I DONT HAVE CASH TO GO TO SCHOOL SO WHAT IM GONNA DO IS TALK TO THE LADY AN SAY I CANT DO IT AN RIP THE CERTIFICATE UP AND CALL IT A DAY I DONT KNOW IF I CAN GET ANOTHER SCHOLARSHIP IN THE FUTURE I HOPE SO ONE DAY BUT HEY U WIN SOME U LOSE SOME....NOT IN LESS ANYONE CARES TO DONATE TO A FRIEND OR A PERSON IN NEED OR SOMETHING I DOUBT ANYONE WILL ITS JUST A THOUGHT OF ASKING FOR HELP.
